HOW IT WORKS:
There are blocks of time in which you will book your 30 minute session.
For clients with Pilates experience we will design/customize the workout according to your fitness level and goals, and get you moving right away.
If you’re new to Pilates we will use your first three 30 minute sessions to get you started and familiar with a Pilates workout. An instructor will customize a Pilates plan around your fitness level and goals, teach you the exercises and get you up to speed with your plan.
As you progress we’ll review your plan and change it so that your fitness and wellness goals are continually addressed.
As we recommend practicing Pilates 2-3 times a week, this is the most affordable option to maintain your exercise routine.
