HOW IT WORKS:

  • There are blocks of time in which you will book your 30 minute session.

  • For clients with Pilates experience we will design/customize the workout according to your fitness level and goals, and get you moving right away.

  • If you’re new to Pilates we will use your first three 30 minute sessions to get you started and familiar with a Pilates workout. An instructor will customize a Pilates plan around your fitness level and goals, teach you the exercises and get you up to speed with your plan.

  • As you progress we’ll review your plan and change it so that your fitness and wellness goals are continually addressed.

  • As we recommend practicing Pilates 2-3 times a week, this is the most affordable option to maintain your exercise routine.

YOUR INVESTMENT:

  • Monthly auto membership rate of $160 for 8 sessions per month, OR

  • Pass of 8 for $176

  • $25 per session
